Cascinelli is a Milan-based fashion startup focused on premium Outerwear designs and strong visual identity. We are currently looking for a junior, creative and motivated individual to support our design team in the development of upcoming collections. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment. The work will focus on the technical development of Outerwear, from digital design to supplier-ready tech packs. You will be actively involved in every stage of the product development process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research on trends, fabrics, and visual references for seasonal concepts - Develop moodboards and digital design proposals - Create complete technical sheets and detailed vector drawings for suppliers - Execute precise digital illustrations using Adobe Illustrator (manual drawing is not strictly required) - Assist in fittings and product development phases - Collaborate with production teams and external suppliers Requirements: - Current student or recent graduate in Fashion Design or related fields - Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign - Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of garment construction and materials - Fluency in Italian is essential to interact with local suppliers and partners; English is also required - Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently - Sharp, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility - Eagerness to learn and contribute actively within a fast-paced and creative environment A portfolio showcasing technical drawings and design work is required as part of the application.
